Bank - digital growth mortgages
In the highly competitive mortgage market, I helped increase NPS and inflow by translating customer insights into engagement and acquisition strategies. The approach included an ATL campaign and design thinking trajectories that noticeably improved customer journeys and sustainable propositions.

Consumer electronics - EU E-commerce activation
In this European role I realized e-commerce growth in a complex market with strong competition from large platforms such as Amazon.com. My main contribution was to drive an EU activation strategy, including the successful Black Friday promotions.

Sustainable bank - Digital lead
As digital lead helped expand digital capabilities, campaigns and professionalize the team. Special attention was paid to increasing app adoption and strengthening the sustainable brand image through impactful communication.

As Manager Digital Marketing I led a dynamic team of 10+ digital marketers. The focus was on team development, management of innovation projects (such as a cookieless media strategy) and the creation of an effective digital marketing strategy. ​​​​​​

Credit Cards – Enhanced Digital Customer Experience
Responsible for improving digital customer experience for cardholders. For this I launched a new app and new propositions such as Apple Pay based on UX research.
